1. Who we are

2. What this site is

We publish independent comparisons and reviews of casino brands licensed by the Gambling Commission for Great Britain. We are not a gambling operator: we take no stakes, hold no customer funds and run no wagering product ourselves. Registration, deposits, withdrawals and identity checks all happen with whichever third-party operator you choose to visit.

3. Age and location

This site is for adults aged 18 or over located in the United Kingdom. If you're under 18, please leave now. Letting someone under 18 gamble with a GB-licensed operator is a criminal offence, and so is helping them do it. We don't knowingly aim content at minors and we don't target anyone registered with GamStop.

4. Accuracy, no warranty

We try to keep licence numbers, banking details and review copy correct, and we revisit every review at least once a quarter. Even so, an operator's own terms, games, limits and promotions can change without telling us first. Content here is supplied "as is" for general information - always check the operator's own terms before you register or deposit, since those take priority over anything we publish.

5. Not advice

Nothing here is financial, legal, tax or medical advice. Gambling is entertainment with an expected cost attached to it, not a way to earn money or clear a debt.

Some links to operators on this site are affiliate links - see our Disclosure page for the detail. We don't control what happens on third-party sites and take no responsibility for their content, terms or privacy practices. Clicking through is your own choice.

7. Acceptable use

Using this site, you agree not to:

• use it for anything unlawful or against UK gambling advertising rules
• try to get unauthorised access to the site, its server, or anything connected to it
• introduce malicious code, scrape it aggressively, or run automated attacks against it
• republish or resell our content commercially without asking us first
• pretend to be connected with or endorsed by this site

There's no comment section, forum or upload feature here - everything published goes through editorial review first.

8. Intellectual property

The text, scoring system, layout and code on this site belong to us or are licensed to us. Operator names, logos and trademarks stay the property of their owners and appear here only to identify them within a review, under fair use. We're not claiming any partnership beyond what's stated on the Disclosure page. Think something here infringes your rights? Email editorial@ukgamblereview.example and we'll look into it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses - including gambling losses, lost profit, lost data, or any indirect loss - arising from your use of this site or any third-party site you reach from it. Nothing here excludes liability where the law says it can't be excluded, such as for negligence causing death or injury, or for fraud.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the site up around the clock but can't promise uninterrupted access, and may pause, withdraw or change any part of it without warning - including for maintenance.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Whatever's published on this page when you use the site is what applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.

12. Governing law

These terms, and anything arising from them, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
